Merger entailed the entire integration of global infrastructures and vessel technologies, into Norwegian's established platforms. Managed network, voice services, service desk, server and Cloud engineering, and the complete consolidation of ERP systems across multiple ships. Led a departmental staff of 82, across 12 worldwide offices, and 29 ships. Held responsibility for $40M in operating costs, SOX and PCI compliance, and company's Tier 1 managed service provider. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:● Guided a complex transition and the integration of infrastructures that generated an annual savings of $2M. ● Revitalized the IT ticketing system, which delivered a cost of services improvement, and the formation of SLAs and KPIs across the department.● Established the regional data center in the EU and APAC that led to the integration/consolidation of infrastructures and voice services, which significantly reduced the IT footprint in multiple locations. ● Initiated significant changes to systems, budget, and goals in collaboration with planning and operational leaders, which resulted in meeting and exceeding company's goals and objectives. ● Pioneered and implemented an enterprise lab and test environment, which centralized testing efforts in a simulated ship environment, and achieved the highest level of quality technology-based deliverables. ● Inducted as board Member of the first formation of the technology initiatives within Cruise Lines International Association's (CLIA) representing the European, NA, and Asia regions.

Spearheaded functions related to all financial budgeting, expenditures, capital, vendor negotiations, and the assurance that all activities aligned with company's strategic goals and targets. Revised the fleet helpdesk, and satellite communication operations onboard all ships, which generated $12M in revenue. Recruited and directed the local and global workforce. Led program management efforts of two ERP systems, globally, consisting of corporate financial applications, onboard property management, and point of sales systems. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:Provided strong leadership, and implemented effective PMO practices, for all activities and initiatives. Built a world-class infrastructure and the standardization of software applications on Oceania's new ships, which has been adopted on all new and refurbished ships. Served as architect and project manager and technology advisor across the company; drove increased revenue of 10% from the deployment of new Wi-Fi services on PCH's fleet of seven ships. Partnered with business partners, vendors, and stakeholders in devising strategies for meeting technological needs, and improved time to market delivery of hardware from up to 30 days down to 2-5 days, and reduced guest interruptions.

Directed all requirements of global IT operations, on collaboration with IT Officers, and designed policies and procedures that offered predictability, complimenting the company's corporate standards, and regulations. Observed needs, and cooperated with BU's to design, plan, and execute improvements. Designed an automated system that allowed remote file transfers, unattended, between ship and shore. Established a DELL worldwide dispatch program that improved responsiveness and streamlined the process of returning defective equipment.
