Embedded in the staff of a congregation of over 2,000 - served as Regional Director in the Seattle/Western Washington area for an international non-profit Christian ministry organization. Resourced and trained local church leaders to effectively run The Alpha Course and its related materials as a key initiative for evangelism and discipleship. Developed long-term strategic plan for future growth and accompanying operating budget of the ministry. Represented the organization as an Alpha ambassador in the community. Oversaw planning and execution for fundraising efforts - banquets, vision cast events, etc. Represented the organization and conducted breakout seminars at large regional leadership conferences for pastors and lay leaders.
