--Lead successful deployment of Six Sigma project management and process management methodology through project selection, employee training and project completion. --Manage a group of Six Sigma Black Belt Project Managers responsible for completing improvement projects, consulting with functional senior leaders on scorecard measures and training needs. --Team identified $1.8 million in savings benefit during 2006. --While pursing Black Belt certification in 2005, personally completed projects with identified savings benefit over $1 million.

--Led a group of professional-level team leaders and project managers in all aspects of 401 (k) benefit plan conversion, to include plan document review and audit, payroll record format and transmission, asset and record transfer and reconciliation. --Average annual conversion project volume exceeded 300 projects and hundreds of millions of dollars in assets. --Responsible for capacity management, development of associates, direct customer service results and to manage associated risk. --Developed strategy for and executed against annual business plan, including a change effort to new conversion process, organizational structure, roles and technology. --Responsible for development of and adherence to $8 million annual budget.

--Managed a 33-person department that executes contribution and distribution processing for over 1,100 corporate retirement (401(k)) plans. --Responsible for implementing financial risk management strategies, control systems and technology-based solutions to improve operational efficiency. --Developed and managed to a $3 million annual budget.

Responsible for curriculum implementation, assignments and examinations for 200 and 300-level undergraduate operations management and economics classes.

Developed a 20-member production team during the implementation of a team-based work system. Participated in a strategic manufacturing reconfiguration project start-up.

--As Maintenance Officer, raised readiness rate of 60 pieces of equipment from 75% to 90% in 9 months using planned maintenance scheduling. --Served as Liaison Officer between commander of a 300 soldier logistics task force and the Commander of U.S. forces during a deployment to Honduras, Central America.
