--Managed a 33-person department that executes contribution and distribution processing for over 1,100 corporate retirement (401(k)) plans. --Responsible for implementing financial risk management strategies, control systems and technology-based solutions to improve operational efficiency. --Developed and managed to a $3 million annual budget.

Responsible for curriculum implementation, assignments and examinations for 200 and 300-level undergraduate operations management and economics classes.

Developed a 20-member production team during the implementation of a team-based work system. Participated in a strategic manufacturing reconfiguration project start-up.

--As Maintenance Officer, raised readiness rate of 60 pieces of equipment from 75% to 90% in 9 months using planned maintenance scheduling. --Served as Liaison Officer between commander of a 300 soldier logistics task force and the Commander of U.S. forces during a deployment to Honduras, Central America.
