"He's the man," "you're the guy." -- I've gotten used to epithets like these as an Apple/IT consultant specializing in systems, databases, networks, desktop support, development, iPhones, iPads, you name it - I probably have a certification for it. In fact, I’m the highest certified Apple consultant in Atlanta. Clients also refer to me as "reliable, flexible and personable" and say I “know everything there is to know” about Apple products. It’s enough to give a guy a big head.But, even though I still have my first client (since 1998) and have never needed to advertise, since all arobasegroup customers have come via word-of-mouth, I know my business is only as good as what our last client says about us. So, I make sure to stay on top of technology and offer solutions and services customers didn’t even know they needed but are happy to have once implemented. Being proactive and responsive is an important part of who I am, and what Arobase Group is about.Maybe it’s not surprising my first career after graduating college started with the International Alliance of Theatrical & Stage Employees (IATSE), working on film and television sets and overseeing crews running live stage productions. This work was exciting, so I started a company offering technical support for films and television shows you’ve probably seen. (I even had a cameo in Forrest Gump.) When the unexpected happened (as it is apt to do), I solved the problems to ensure the show could go on.
