David Knapp currently leads the Loveland Middle School as Principal where he oversees the full operation of the school including personnel, operations, students, and community engagement. David previously served as the Director of Technology and Innovation for the Loveland City School District. Overseeing the strategic implementation and integration of technology across all aspects of the school district, David led strategic and operational endeavors across all schools and departments with a focus on academics, professional development, communication, and classroom instruction. During this time, David also held other affiliated leadership roles including serving as President of the Board of Directors at Learn21 as well as the Planning Committee Chairperson for the High AIMS Consortium of schools. David started his career as a high school science teacher and technology instructional coach and has previously been recognized as a Certified Google Education Trainer and Google Education Innovator. David holds Masters degrees in Educational Leadership and Instructional Technology as well as Teacher, Principal, and Superintendent educational licences.
