As the Regional Vice President of Business Development, I was responsible for on boarding, training and relationship development for advisors and branch managers at Investment Planning Counsel.I oversaw all aspects of regional sales management, sales and marketing, shareholder equity, recruiting support, and programs including the Partners Growth Program, Counsel Portfolio Services, IPC Private Wealth, Counsel Portfolio Services, Essence Sales and the Total Advisor Experience. I was the point-of-contact for all advisors and branch managers and it was my goal to help them build a better business.

As the Regional Manager of Business Development at Investment Planning Counsel, I worked closely with the Regional Vice President as the key relationship and account manager for all IPC advisors and branch managers for southeastern Ontario and Manitoba.

As the Advisor Services Training Specialist at Investment Planning Counsel (IPC), my role was to train IPC Advisors, Associates and other staff on various systems and processes. As a part of our training and onboarding program, I oversaw the implementation of new corporate projects, and provided education on all aspects of business processes and industry practices using eLearning and/or in-house training. During this time, I also developed and delivered various training material and policies to outline IPC corporate methodologies.
