CurrentThe Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day activities of the CCL Center (a non-profit organization), ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. Oversee facilities to ensure that the physical plant, campus grounds, vehicles, and housekeeping are all maintained to an excellent condition within the budgetary restraints. Analyze operating results as they affect the departments overseeing and makes specific recommendations for cost reduction and/or profit improvement. Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets in each department to achieve financial objectives. Payroll including managing all new hires, benefits, taxes, etc. in the payroll system and training managers and employees.
