Prepared all necessary documentation on operating expense stress testing methodologies.

- Built and managed the financial control function for card services. Function included general ledgeraccount reconciliations, manual journal entries, general ledger account maintenance, andintercompany account reviews.- Managed the expense recognition for the company's credit card rewards programs. The process included the review of programs and assumptions with the business to ensure appropriateness of expense recognition.

- Managed the entire accounting cycle including accounts payable, daily settlements, monthly closes,and payroll.- Managed the financial, regulatory, and management reporting functions.

On March 19, 2010, Advanta Bank Corp. was closed by the Utah Department of Financial Institutions, which appointed the FDIC as receiver. C.D. Mitchell & Company was contracted by the FDIC to hire certain former employees of Advanta Bank Corp. to assist with the interim servicing of the failed bank’s assets.

Managed the servicing, accounting, and reporting requirements for the company’s business credit card and small ticket equipment lease securitizations.

- Managed the servicing requirements for the company’s domestic credit card securitizations. Assisted with the development of the company’s securitization reporting system.- Managed the operational review function regarding the issuance of new securitizations. Responsibilities included participating in legal document reviews, providing feedback on trust cash flows operational feasibility, and ensuring system requirements had been met.
