We are providers of Medical Transportation, Ambulance/Wheelchair Van services in Central Mass and the MetroWest region. Daily account management including Umass Memorial Medical Center, Milford Regional Medical Center as well as the majority of Skilled Nursing Homes in Central Mass and MetroWest. Drive requests for transports from other referral generating facilities and monitor municipal requirements for emergent, 911 ambulance coverage. Relate activities through SalesForce.com for upper Management review. Engage key decision makers at Umass Medical Center, Milford Regional Medical Center and other hospital systems in order to demonstrate the features, advantages and benefits of our On-Line Ordering System for medical transportation. Coordinate IT teams from all entities to establish and integrate OLOS throughout the process to implementation. Team member for the Go-Live of our proprietary, automated On-line transportation platform in Philadelphia, Long Island, New York, Milford Regional Medical Center and the first EPIC(electronic medical record) integration at Umass Memorial Medical Center. Conduct educational seminars on Medical Necessity in order to determine the correct mode of transportation, ensuring proper insurance billing, designed to increase patient/hospital satisfaction scores.

Starting in April of 2011 as the Account Executive, I was tasked to identify new growth opportunities while maintaining the existing customer base of Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Homes in Central Massachusetts. In June of 2013, I was promoted to Director of Quality Improvement, responsible for solidifying relationships and strengthening communication to better address the changing needs of our diversity customer base. In January of 2014, I was promoted to Director of Business Development. In this role, I worked closely with Management to focus on our customer's needs beyond the need for medical transportation. Based on these needs, I developed the NorthCentral Senior Service Networking Group, serving professionals in the Senior marketplace, providing a resource for care-givers across a broad spectrum of facilities and agencies while relating the benefits of MedStar Ambulance Inc.

Foster and seek out relationships within the targeted account structure, ensuring profitability and longevity, emphasizing higher transport volume accounts. Incrementally increased on-time performance at Metro West Medical Center. Negotiate contract extensions with St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, Ma as well as the DCU Centre for standby detail coverage. Create billing solutions for Milford Regional Medical Center by conducting Medical Necessity seminars for Case Managers, Registered Nurses and others that order medical transportation.
