6 months-----------Goal: Launching a website with +500 pages on Magnolia Cloud solution which use 30 templates with 40 different components. During the first 6 months of the project, I’ve executed the following tasks:- Define specifications for integrations between Magnolia CMS and customer internal systems- Requirements gathering for template/component specific functionalities- Plan and coordinate sprints for Templating (Front-end team) and integrations (back-end team)- Generate release notes, user guides and demo the new templates, components and features sprint by sprint- Support creating custom demo for Magnolia CMS functionalities that fulfil customer requirements- Establish and improve processes around development, testing and release18 months------------Goal: Re-utilization of same set up to extend templates, components to build up additional 13 multi-lingual websites. Run a separate project for innovation that allows to rapidly try new concepts which later can leverage with the global set up.During the subsequent 12 months, I’ve executed the following tasks:- Define and coordinate specifications to create templates and components by 20%, combining existing components when required.- Manage communication and development for 3 different Business units with same development stream and cloud solution within a program- Define specifications for multi-site and multi-language- Collaborate to create the framework to work with different Business units and its requirements in a unique development environment

Complete end to end process from document reception, document data capturing, data validation, document type classification up to data insertion into core forwarding and document management system. Prototype demonstrate productivity gaining: - by eliminating data entry process and document classification - by improving quality avoiding typo errors keying and process standardization• Quotation portalRunning prototype developed in 6 months which allows instant transportation quotation and booking. Prototype piloted for several selected customers which experienced a real instant quotation process with positive feedback. Prototype demonstrate: - Productivity gain by eliminating quotation proposal process - Quality gain by standard pricing - Customer satisfaction gain by getting more service transportation options to choose.• Gamify TransportationRunning prototype developed in 3 months which introduce main gamification techniques. Prototype demonstrate: - Shift of bad working habits into good working habits - Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team - Collect data in regards to habits, dailies, ToDos without any tedious process - Engaging experience for the players which enjoy while they complete their daily task The output of the 3 above points lead to great culture which improve productivity

• Product Ownership of Customer eBilling Application:Along the first year, I’ve created user (Product Owner, Administrator and End User) and sales documentation. Application features have been standardized by consolidating customer common invoice validations into standard validations which can be quickly configured. It reduced the implementation lead time required by the Administrators by 80%.In addition, the implementation of an internal community forum fostered the communication and the knowledge exchange between the solution administrators around the globe and the product owner creating a more efficient and collaborative environment with noteworthy results. In 2 years the application has on board more than 50 new customer IT set ups.• Product Management of Customer Track and Trace Application:Along 2 years I’ve been part of the Product Management Team. We did the GAP analysis for all Supply Chain objects such as Customer Order, Packing List, Quotation, Booking, Shipment, Container, Freight Invoice, etc. Once GAP analysis has been completed, requirements have been sliced down into user stories.The application on boarded approximately 300 new customer set ups which requires any kind of supply chain visibility.• Business Analysis lead for eBooking:End to end analysis for the definition of an eBooking application. Coordination of all stakeholders in order to gather all the business requirements and translate them into an IT solution.

• Develop detailed implementation plans based on the awarded contract details for 10 customers from any kind of Industry Vertical such as Automotive, Fashion and Retail, Manufacturing, Food and Beverages. • Lead a re-engineering project for one of our Manufacturing customer with the introduction of standardized incident codes. Proper Reporting of the standardized incident codes allowed doing a proper root analysis of the disruptions. Introduce indicators which allow helping our customer to anticipate in front of possible incidents.• Define and manage cross functional project teams across all customer and Panalpina’s entities around the globe. • Definition of risk and its variable as well as mitigation plans for any possible project delay.• Run continuous improvement and optimization projects for Strategic Accounts managed within the area.

• End to end Supply Chain IT solution set up implementation for several global retail and fashion customers. IT solution implementation including customer requirements analysis, EDI specifications, application configuration, IT integration test, user acceptance test and implementation across all the involved countries. • Define several eBilling IT solutions for customers improving DSO figures for the accounts on boarded. • Support the execution of the programmed Stock Counting in warehouses with an extension of more than 3000 sqm and several thousand items references. Lead the discrepancies solving process and reduce the physical vs system discrepancies to a minimum by analyzing all the root causes within the reduced timelines of the Stock counting time frame. • Define end to end inbound and outbound warehouse processes coordinating all the warehouse functions, white collar and blue collar.• Act as a support matter expert for the whole area regarding customer systems. Support sales function on their on-site customer presentation in regards to IT solution set ups.

• Development of an IT Induction Training Program strengthening basic IT background of all new users. It contains basic training for MS Office suite, Citrix environment and core forwarding applications.• Creation of an IT Induction eLearning for all new employees saving several hundreds of training hours to the IT department.• Development of an initiative to apply continuous learning within the company in order to increase IT skills of all employees. Decrease of IT support calls by 20% and increase of the self-sufficiency of operation towards IT. • Maintenance of the whole IT infrastructure remotely, consisting in 2 warehouses and 8 offices. • Analysis and implementation of an optimized streamlined plan in the Telecommunication Infrastructure with savings over 40 % per year. • Design of the IT infrastructure for a facility including a 25 people operations office, a 4 people warehouse administration office and a 3000 sqm warehouse. The design includes the definition of the entire IT equipment, cabling, LAN and WLAN layout for the offices and warehouse. Coordination of all IT task for the start-up of the new facility including the migration of all the personnel and network.
