In my role as CEO and founder of WarpMe, I am focused on developing a highly scalable, secure, and best-of-breed omnichannel digital platform that includes comprehensive digital and VideoBanking, and end-to-end eMortgage flow and functionality. Community banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies can increase their sales of banking products by 30% through the use of this product, both online and in branch locations. It can reduce the need for expensive staffing in branches while providing exceptional customer service at the same time. My goal was to design the platform in such a way that customers would have an exceptional experience throughout their digital banking and mortgage journey from the comfort of their homes, mobile devices, or tablets, without having to download or install the software. It is possible for bank customers to open new accounts online and interact face-to-face with their bankers in order to obtain loans or other banking services. Throughout the mortgage process, mortgage customers have the opportunity to speak with loan officers face-to-face in order to discuss the current interest rate, ask questions and receive preapprovals. As part of the solution, businesses are able to engage in video chat, share in real-time, collaborate on web pages, and create electronic signatures, in addition to serving as online notaries. As a result of the platform, our clients will be able to boost their bottom lines by offering their customers a unique and exceptional style of convenience.Over the course of my 30+ years as a mortgage industry professional, I have always been drawn to technology as a means of optimizing business processes and customer service.
