District Manager
Current>Manage 12 Direct reports – Assist in managing +40 in-direct reports.>Responsible for the execution of the three OSL Retail Pillars; People/ Precision/ Performance.>Drive sales through a strong team of leaders, and maintain an environment that rewards employee retention.>Maintain a functional district head count through constant recruitment, and talent acquisitions.>Host quarterly district meetings to cascade all company updates, as well as train and develop.>Conduct both annual and mid-year employee reviews to ensure proper growth within the district.>Conduct quarterly Operational visits to ensure the execution of all OSL Retail policies and core operations.>Maintain productivity while managing the payroll budget at a district level.>Continuously managing stores on Inventory execution and Shrink (Inventory loss)>Responsible for distributing quarterly sales targets in 11 locations to drive a balanced district.>Responsible for coaching team members to ensure consistent achievement of all sales targets.>Drive sales through weekly conference calls and 1:1 manager calls.>Partner closely with our Carrier and Manufacture reps to deliver balanced training to all team members.
