Then promoted to sales manager for component suppliers.

First job, learned rubber technology and gained qualifications (BSc, Grad PRI). Worked in compounding, rubber processing, product development. Processes included mixing, moulding, extrusion, latex dipping, vacuum forming, cryogenic grinding, roller covering, solid tyres. Led a project to develop TPE for sound insulation parts.
