I also developed a Visual Library method that generated interest and demand for New Relic Observability with executive buyers, presenting it at the global Sales Kickoff. At Cisco Systems, I contributed to a 6% increase in pluggable optics sales through the development of a training program on selling optics. I also led the Prezi development and rollout for Virtual Teams training, enhancing collaboration and communication among remote teams.Beyond my professional achievements, I have also made significant contributions to the field of training and development.
