Responsible for managing horizontally across a matrix organization to ensure that the key program is initiated, developed and deployable in the identified timeframe. Analyzed technical and business dependencies to establish timelines and milestone schedulesLed project risk management teams from identification to action plan development and implementationEnsured the Flexwave development process is followed during the life of a program and is responsible for holding 5 Gate reviews - with the first gate the Concept review with the last gate being a General Availability reviewProgram Management lead working with Quality team to reduce Flexwave process from 12 Gates to 5 GatesDirected full cycle development of 13 Set-top Box projects encompassing both hardware and software that each contributed more than $200-$400 million in annual sales.Spearheaded initial cable industry dual tuner DVR (DCT6412) project from concept to deployment in 9 months with 3 different EPG vendors.Successfully led to deployment of 4 Open Cable M-Card Host projects in 8 months, beating the FCC mandate by 5 months. Successfully led projects that were showcased at 4 separate external TL9000 audits.
