Who am I? That is pretty easy to summarize. I am a passionate technology evangelist that cannot back down from a good challenge. My goal is always to utilize my experience and passion for technology solutions to empower my customers to achieve their goals. I have been lucky enough in my career to implement and manage some of the best industry-leading products, services, and gear over the years. I attribute my success to the years of hard work and collaboration with many wonderful mentors and team members that I have had the chance to stand around the whiteboard and brainstorm with. The 10,000ft view? Here it is. Obtained industry certifications and formed my own consulting business while still in high school. Paid my way through college while learning that I was destined to be a technology service provider when I found out what it meant to wear many hats. Worked my way up from Helpdesk and Desktop Support to Engineer, Senior Engineer, CTO, and now vice President for a large Managed Service Provider organization where I get to head scratch, high five and laugh with every team member I encounter on a daily basis. I am a full-time husband, and father of a joyous, brilliant daughter. Outside of the office, I spend my time turning a wrench on my classic truck.I've been in the managed services game for 20 years. I've structured my career around servicing multiple customer complexities, application and service stacks, and individual needs. My direct areas of expertise are with leadership, team building, escalated support, and client relationships. I am a big Dell, SonicWALL, Cisco, and Watchguard hardware nerd at heart.
