Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager
Current- Key team member in growing a ~10 person tech startup to a worldwide enterprise organization (20x revenue) while wearing many hats and contributing across most functional areas. My current, primary focus is on data quality, reporting, and optimizing the customer experience. I hold routine meetings with our customers to address their data needs and solve their most pressing reporting challenges. I drive and orchestrate end to end solutions and actionable insights by way of traditional reports, structured exports to be fed into external systems, or customized dashboards and suites.- Create custom datasets written in SQL and/or python- Named company “MVP” (2022)- Lead the effort to evaluate a dozen or more 3rd party business intelligence solutions to identify the best candidates to white label embed into our existing application for enhanced dashboarding and reporting capabilities. - Act as data czar and application data SME. Define data requirements to support our reporting suite in Tableau and Apache Superset. Chief developer of standard, adhoc, or custom reports and dashboards in Tableau and Apache Superset.
