• As COO, responsible for the operation of the twelve-county Circle Ten Council with over 55,000 youth,14,600 adult volunteers, 72 full-time staff members, 67 program specialists, 200 summer employees, and a $12.6 million annual operating budget.• Oversaw council’s current strategic plan tracking and served as staff lead in the development of new plan.• Increased traditional membership each year, growing from 39,307 to 40,306 while increasing youth retention from 67.5% to 70.6%.• Gave leadership to a $3.3 million ScoutReach program - developed policies and procedures enabling program expansion, increased revenue to support the program, and provided proper stewardship of a program serving 11,425 underprivileged youth as of 12/31/14.• Executed a district alignment that engaged a representative team of over 50 volunteers resulting in a major overhaul of the council’s program delivery system, increasing the number of districts from 19 to 25 and the number of district-level volunteers from 612 to 957. • Grew the number of Cub Scouts camping from 33.7% to 48% and the number of Boy Scouts camping from 52.7% to 61.6%.• Increased annual camp maintenance from $146,370 to $450,000 ensuring investments in four distinct camp properties were properly sustained.

• Worked with volunteers and staff to develop a membership recovery plan which allowed growth in membership of 6.7% over four years, grew district Friends of Scouting $125,394 or 8.5%, and achieved the Centennial Quality Council award each year.• Developed a unique Boy Scout peer-to-peer recruitment program which enabled over 80% of council troops to hold a peer-to-peer event and produced 4.6% Boy Scout growth.• Secured a $350,000 cash gift to endowment.• Gave leadership to seven volunteer committees in the development of the 2009 - 2013 Council Strategic Plan.

• Directed two annual Friends of Scouting campaigns resulting in 10% growth and grew the annual popcorn sale by 5.7%.• Successfully led the council’s Patron Luncheon and supported 11 district patron events. • Effectively directed council’s annual golf tournament increasing participation by 13.8% and income by 18.4% in 2 years.• Generated $75,000 in a capital campaign to renovate and expand the council service center.

• Gave leadership to six district executives in 19 rural counties.• Served 12,500 youth members and over 2,500 adult volunteers.• Coordinated and managed Cub & Family camping weekend for over 1,250 Scouts and families.• Advised a 1,400 member OA Lodge with an annual operating budget of $125,000.

• Served two rural districts achieving membership growth, Friends of Scouting goal, and Quality District each year.• Trained three district executives who were successfully promoted to their own districts.• Served as Summer Camp Director for two years.
