Managed a CMS mandated survey for the healthcare technology company Pinnacle Quality Insight, with over 500 clients in the home health industry, I was in charge of accounts which comprised over $1.5m in annual revenue, and increased annual revenue by an average of $80k per year.

Managed and led the corporate sales division, which generated over $400k in sales each year. Produced creative content for corporate gifting, created sales initiatives, and surpassed all monthly sales targets by an average of 40%, generating the most profitable months in department history.

At StubHub, I led a team of five people coordinating VIP events for StubHub’s biggest clients, in an aim to promote customer loyalty and retain the highest paying clients.I worked with multiple teams in different states and countries in an effort to coordinate and plan high quality events, like the Sports Illustrated Party at the Super Bowl, for StubHub’s biggest customers. Over 300 unique events filled. Clients included celebrities, business executives, and athletes. The customers I served accounted for over 25% of StubHub's revenue, but represented less than 1% of the customer base. This position requires a specialized delivery of service, as these are StubHub's most important customers.
