Wiztivi is tasked by Vodafone group to deploy a portal on STBs and SmartTVs in nine countries.I am responsible for the Vodafone account for Wiztivi managing a team of 50 people.This team is using Agile methodology to deliver a new version every month on all nine countriesMy role includes managing the team, providing KPI to VF and Wiztivi’s management, answering to escalations from the customer

Managing several customers to develop portal using Wiztivi’s SDK- Eutelsat: Delivery of an hybrid DVB-S/OTT STB with live and replay in Sagemcom and EKT STBs- Eutelsat HbbTV: Delivery of a EPG application through DVB-S and hbbTV.- MEO: Deployment of a DVB-S STB for MEO customers using Wiztivi product- Neotion: Delivery of a SVOD hbbTV application using DVB-S- TV5 Monde: Delivery of a live and replay portal for TV5 Monde for several devices (Samsung/LG/Android)On these projects my role was:- Main point of contact for the customer and other vendors (Sagemcom, Alpha Networks, EKT, etc) for daily/weekly communication and escalation- Responsible for the planning, the financial KPI and the quality of the deliveries- Managing a team of up to ten people.

Managing the deployment of frontend applications for Telecentro in Argentina.Wiztivi was tasked by Telecentro to develop a solution for two STB, iPhone and Android. After working with inside ActivIdentity Engineering department, I decided to move to the Professional Services Organization as a Technical Consultant, still in the US.My job was to help our US customers and partners to install and integrate our solution with their infrastructure.

This project was first aimed for one of our main customer and lately added to our product line.- Card Content Server: Project Management of a server that can manage the content of smartcard (PIN, PKI, SKI, Demographic data).

Work in the development of a dealer remuneration and invoicing system for telecoms companies.Move to the Netherlands during 18 months to support the deployment of this solution for Dutchtone (France Telecom).
