I worked my way up from Channel Coordinator to Producer at Microsoft's Mixer, where myself and team produced daily and weekly LIVE shows on Mixer.com and Xbox dashboard that covered all things gaming. Our show's content included gaming news, interviews with game developers and community partners, live quiz segments, funny skits, pre-packaged segments, live Twitter Q&A's, live video game demos, & more.In May 2019, I became lead producer on our daily 'Looking for Group" show where we play games with Mixer staff, partners, game developers, and viewers using cutting-edge interactive features for live show production. I also produced our live Dungeons & Dragons show that is now a bi-weekly occurrence, where we added unique sound effects, themed background music, fantasy props and graphics packages to up the production value.In addition to our daily and weekly shows, I also produced LIVE content for popular gaming events that Mixer covered, including E3 2019, PAX and more. Together with my team, we've produced over 100+ episodes of unique, creative, and high-quality entertainment that continues to have a dedicated internet following to this day.

• Organized and assisted documentary film crew in all aspects of media production, including conceptualizing ideas, writing scripts, planning schedules, directing multi-cam film crews, managing equipment, and video editing.• Operated camera, conducted interviews and managed media for multi-cam crew, working sunrise to sunset to document the progress made by Foundation’s programs, in addition to researching societal issues of poverty.• Editor for 5 web videos promoting work accomplished by Hotes Foundation in Haiti and U.S.• Assisted in editing 12 videos in topics that cover both international and domestic programs. Assistant responsibilities included managing tasks lists, editing schedules, transcoding footage to Hi-Res for AVID compatibility, and technology troubleshooting.• Managed a crew of on-staff translators to create subtitles for foreign-language interview footage, and organized, uploaded, and exported translated interviews on drives, and later editing to select portions of interviews.• Managed ALL Camera equipment, both in-studio and in-field. Organized and categorized all video equipment, personally implementing an automated barcode system for keeping track of inventory, repairs and damaged equipment, dramatically increasing efficiency of future shoots.Accomplishments:→ Co-produced video productions of over 15 short videos highlighting Foundation’s disaster relief efforts conducted around the world, primarily focused on the country of Haiti, but also domestic US-based operations, focused on public engagement and social action initiatives.→ Acquired certification to operate ALL professional video camera equipment (Sony, Canon, Alexa, & Black Magic), in addition to specialty camera equipment, including 4K DJI Drones, DJI Ronin, Kessel Slider & Pocket Jib, Steadicam shoulder rig, and multi-cam.
