The role reported to Country Mgr. (Sweden) and Marketing Mgr. (Europe)Marketing responsibility for all ATL & BTL activities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden (Iceland) Fresh.Set A&P spending plan and strategy for all marketing activities in Sweden (90% local developed and 10% centrally given content) for the banana business. Support Mgr. Sales with sales and marketing data (GFK, house hold panel, U&A, BHT) and customer presentation at all channels (Retail, Wholesales, OOH). Product launch and sales pitch (Retail, OOH) PR-responsibility in Sweden. Developed and maintain Sweden’s stakeholder program as a part of Chiquita’s CSR-work. This includes contact with media, build network and it has resulted in PR-trips to the Tropic and a closer dialog with NGO:s (Rainforest alliance, KRAV, Fair trade) Lead and develop customer program in Sweden. Sustain high quality across the logistic chain (farm to shelf), reduce waste and to increase sales at ICA-stores. Loyalty program for 600 ICA stores and the program have last for four years with increased result for every year on all criteria’s sales, visibility, reduced waste, higher loyalty and involvement among stores to Chiquita.
