• LTE WMP Flexi eNB BTSOM - Member of an 8 person scrum team within a large worldwide organization creating network management software for the Nokia LTE eNB. Refined feature requirements to implementation plans and implemented designs in C++ using Boost and STL libraries. Rapidly became an expert in the TTCN-3 language to create development level tests in a simulated environment. Acted as North American Test Guard to train and mentor colleagues in development test creation. Used Jenkins to monitor status of tests running continuous integration and lead investigations and correction efforts in test failures.

• LTE Manager - Architected and designed interfaces between Motorola's LTE network element management software and external network self optimization entities. Lead a small international development team in implementation of the design. Was one of three engineers recruited to assist in the investigation and resolution of pre-existing defects related to the interface with third party vendor components (IBM's ITNCM and Oracle)• LTE MME Platform Software - Architected and implemented a platform framework for MME applications to provide high availability functionality such as active/standby component configurations, application heartbeating, and automatic application failure recovery. Optimized timer libraries to allow for high speed application polling to allow for almost instantaneous application failover, resulting in minimal downtime.• iDEN CCP Platform Software - Implemented high availability platform software features for multiblade ATCA chassiss under strict "5-nines" requirements. Collected and monitored sensor data within the ATCA chassis using the IPMI interface specification. Utilized sensor data to assist in chassis management decisions including blade failover and shutdown• iDEN iRP Platform Software - Architected and implemented the platform layer statistical collection framework utilized by applications and the platform itself. Object oriented design allowed for a highly extensible system for various stat collection and calculation methods,• iDEN ACG Software - Redesigned and implemented a new statistic collection mechanism. Created many tools to aid in developer and tester workflow.
