I have been working with technology professionally since 2001. For the past 20 years, my experience stems from designing and managing large scale networks, implementing hardware and software solutions to meet end user needs, and analyzing and managing infrastructure related to operating costs, efficiency, and security. Around three years ago, I decided to shift from my role in the public sector to Continental Utility Solutions, Inc., a privately-owned organization. At CUSI, my team maintains our on-premise and cloud platforms, coordinates with and advises our clients during the software implementation process, and assists with internal and external end user technical support needs.
