I am a real estate attorney by training and a real estate business professional by experience. In my career I have served clients in the private law practice world, the in-house general counsel environment, and as a title insurance and escrow services executive. After working alongside of some of the brightest minds in the real estate industry, I founded my family of companies in the Summer of 2020: Lighthouse Title and the Stamm Law Firm, LLC. The goal was simple: build a real estate title platform that is mindful of the way that we have historically operated in the real estate world, the way that we operate now, and the way that should and will operate in the future. Embracing technology is essential to our approach, but most importantly care, kindness, and proficiency are more than abstract concepts in our every day approach to the title and real estate industry. Metro AreaIn the midst of a global pandemic in the Summer of 2020, we started Lighthouse Title: a real estate title, escrow, and settlement services company based out of Suburban Maryland serving the Greater Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. We sought out to create the next generation title company platform that serves clients, referral sources, and our team members with care, kindness, and proficiency. Our motto whether related to real estate transactions, industry relationships, or helping team members grow and accomplish their goals: We guide you home. Lighthouse Title was founded on a straightforward principle: Home is a deeply personal but pivotally important place, and home means something different to almost everyone. Whatever home means to you, we will treat your home the way that we would treat our own. Every transaction, every client, and every real estate industry partner that we have the privilege of getting to know should expect from us the utmost level of care, kindness, and professional proficiency in executing the title process. For me, after years serving in law firm and title and real estate company executive roles, launching Lighthouse Title was all about coming home in our industry. We strive to be a place where clients can navigate the title process with simplicity and efficiency, referral partners can place trust in our team, and team members can tap their potential and grow without limit.
