Subject matter expert on Cisco wireless LAN technology. Escalation point for field teams requiring troubleshooting of every type of end devices (wired and wireless). Interface at executive level with customer as well as internally. Take on additional projects when asked including some very high profile events.

Work on project based engagements that varied in the lifecycle from early conception to design to implementation to on-going support. Any device that interfaces with the wireless network would require working knowledge, these included Cisco ACS and ISE, Microsoft Server 2003 and 2008, and VMware among others.
