Activities included the preparation and analysis of operational scenarios, engineering studies, and revenue forecasting.

• Provide decision planning analysis of LNG inventory management, cargo planning, capacity planning, sales analysis, and facility development. Activities include the preparation and analysis of operational scenarios, engineering studies, and business processes in support of O&M, marketing, and business development.

• Ensured that measurement activities for Cheniere resulted in accurate measurement collection and were conducted in accordance with facility terminal use agreements and pipeline tariffs. These activities included overseeing EFM data management, volume accounting, cargo loading/unloading measurement activities, facility balances, the resolution of customer/3rd party measurement disputes, and selection of facility equipment. Additional responsibilities included maintaining close commercial and physical coordination with terminal and pipeline technical staff (engineering, operations, instrumentation, maintenance, SCADA, and gas control).

• Member of the Commercial Liquid Application Services support group.• Functional application lead for the Risk and PnL areas of the SolArc RightAngle product and an in-house PnL Reporting Tool for ConocoPhillips Commercial organization. Maintained system availability for North America, London, and Singapore with regards to the Risk and PnL (financial and performance analysis). Facilitated support needs between the business users, in-house software developers, and vendors. Coordinated user-acceptance-testing (UAT) process for Risk and PnL product upgrades (3 major versions and multiple minor versions). Member of on-call rotation schedule fielding support issues for North America, London, and Singapore. Trained business users on software platforms and best practices.

• Application lead for the Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management System (QPTM), Quorum Gas Measurement System (PGAS), and Quorum Measurement Calibration / Meter Testing System (TechTools). • Led implementation of PGAS. Led UAT process for FERC / NAESB required Informational Posting website. UAT process was completed and website was available for operation well 2 months prior to pipeline operation. • Led UAT process for TechTools. UAT process was complete and software was available for use 2 months prior to gas flow. • Modeled Sabine Pass Terminal and Creole Trail Pipeline in QPTM, Quorum Liquefied Natural Gas (QLNG) Terminal Transaction Management System , and PGAS products. • Designed and developed gas measurement simulation model for use in training measurement analysts. Simulation provided data on a daily basis for a 1 month period as the analyst came up to speed on the business processes and the PGAS product. • Developed business processes and requirements applying to gas measurement, nominating, confirming, scheduling, allocating, billing, application of rates, and reporting. Resulted in enabling the users to better configure the QPTM, QLNG, and PGAS applications for the business needs. Supported the UAT process for QLNG, QPTM, and PGAS.
