Head Of DivisionWesleyan Oct 2018 - Sep 2021Head of Medical and Head of Hospital Doctors.Directly accountable for the strategic planning and delivery of a specialised client advice service for these two roles which involved c110 and 86 x regulated financial advisers respectively. These were managed through a number of direct and indirect reports Nationally, liaising with different parts of the Group to facilitate a highly professional service to our Countryβs most trusted professions. In addition I was accountable for joint business and marketing planning, risk and quality operations, manpower, turnover, development and engagement all to deliver the expected commercial outcomes in a quickly changing and volatile environment.The role involved taking the business from an unprofitable and disengaged state with poor quality outcomes and audit results and redressing all these areas which are detailed elsewhere on my profile.
