    Head of Medical and Head of Hospital Doctors.Directly accountable for the strategic planning and delivery of a specialised client advice service for these two roles which involved c110 and 86 x regulated financial advisers respectively. This moved from 1.68 per week per consultant, to 2.84 over an 18 month period.- During 2016/17 I focused my team on a β€˜total client care’ approach where they fully reviewed the skills, behaviours, focus, approach and personal brand of all advisers, highlighting and commending what was good, agreeing and building development plans for areas of further improvement. This they followed through utilising for example 3rd party reviews, coaching and observations resulting in a lift of client service results to 99.3% service satisfaction as measured by Nationwide’s external reviewers.
