I act as a legal advisor to the Executive of the County of Summit, Ohio’s one of only two charter counties in the State of Ohio. I give legal advice to the County Executive and all departments under his authority on issues in various substantive areas, including employment, environmental, civil rights, water, building, land use and zoning law, and on.

During my clerkship, I drafted motions and legal memoranda involving issues under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act and other environmental statutes, and issues relating to antitrust, corporate and real property law.
