Worked on katespade.com using the Demandware platform to develop an ecommerce site for Kate Spade, ensuring that the site was cross browser compliant, mobile compatible, and iPad compatible. We use JQuery and the Demandware Javascript library to create the webpages.Developed the layout from concept for a sample sale that handled $6 million in sales and more than 20,000 customers in less than three days.Implemented JQuery elements to add dynamic validation and availability of product using AJAX.Worked hand in hand with client to identify and correct issues with the website.Helped other functional teams with metrics, SEO, and SEM integration.

Developed the GUI for the SAFE storage device using PHP5 and MySQL as well as CSS, AJAX, and HTML elements running on a CENTOS server. I also worked to convert the code from PHP to Java to increase execution speed. Using JQuery, I created visual elements to help users better understand the needed input and make the interface more appealing.I was also tasked to create and implement new features such as the dashboard and Active Directory confirmation pages. My role was the primary developer for installation and setup wizard on the SAFE appliance. Other duties included helping document features for the SAFE storage device by writing parts of the user’s manual.
