Current projects include:• Operation and leadership for NASA’s GLOBE Data Information System, a worldwide cloud-hosted portal which supports GLOBE users with data collection, archive, retrieval and visualization. The GLOBE DIS includes over 20 years of observations from over 150,000 citizen scientists, teachers and students from over 30,000 organizations in over 120 countries. The GLOBE portal includes support for collaboration between GLOBE members and NASA mission scientists and engineers, allows users to compare their data with NASA mission data and supports specific NASA missions with crowd-sourced ground truth data. • Technical support for the NASA Engineering Network (NEN) – NASA’s knowledge sharing and collaboration portal for NASA engineers.• Support for NASA’s Develop Program at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory – A student internship program focusing on earth sciences - involving over 40 interns per year at JPL.• In partnership with NASA and the Department of State – lead the technical support for the Zika Education and Prevention project – data collection, visualization and data retrieval for citizen science observations of mosquito larvae and habitats with a focus on potentially disease carrying mosquitoes.

Provided personnel and subcontract management across SWOs to include project leads, personnel and subcontracts.• Led the technical support for JPL’s Mars Mission website and hosting environment including support of one of JPL’s first cloud hosted events – the Curiosity landing which supported viewing for millions of users worldwide.• Program manager for USA.gov – bringing USA.gov into a virtualized hosting environment providing cost savings and environment flexibility. Maintained a 99.99% uptime with 0 security incidents. Responsible for all financial, invoicing, proposals, subcontracts, negotiations and contract deliverables. Led the transition efforts to the new hosting environment. • Led a Business Process Group applying portal and web application technology to improve business processes for a 15,000 employee division.• Led the development and delivery of multiple applications for the Dept. of Energy, the Navy and Army. Responsibilities included technical management, price estimation and proposals, personnel and subcontractor management.• Achieved Six Sigma specialist certification, Principles of Systems Engineering Certification and Raytheon Program Management Level IV certification.• Program Manager for Raytheon’s Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) support providing proposal, personnel and subcontracts management.
