As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Konectin Inc., I lead the company's technological development and strategic direction. My role is pivotal in aligning technology solutions with our mission to revolutionise Education Tech and Hiring Tech in Africa.● Overseeing the company's technological development and strategic direction.● Identifying and implementing technology solutions that support our mission.Leading a team of developers and designers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.● Developing and enhancing our suite of solutions, including an ATS Standard Resume Builder with AI, Resume Review and Edit, professional blog, Konectin Internship Program, and a Job Search Platform.● Ensuring Konectin Inc. remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the EdTech and HRTech sectors.

● Lead Product Designer: Actively leading the design team to build four products with extensive research and competitive audit to see how we could stand out from our competitors. Collaborated with engineers, marketers and product managers to deliveruser-centred design.● Understanding the product: This was a key aspect of working as part of a team. The idea was to build a product that would stand out from our competitors, we needed to understand the product individually to contribute to the overall success of the entire product. My role in the team was impactful as I was responsible for the overall success of the design system and user flow, which will later speak for the overall product.

● Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and security of a facility such as an office building, school, hospital, or other commercial or residential property.● Ensuring that the facility is safe, clean, and functional and that all equipment and systems are in good working order.● Manage a team of maintenance, cleaning, and security staff, as well as contractors and vendors.● Develop and manage budgets, create maintenance schedules and plans, and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.● Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the facility meets the needs of its users and occupants.● Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the facility to identify areas for improvement.● Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facility management.● Ensure that the facility complies with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.● Manage the procurement of supplies and equipment necessary for the operation of the facility.● Oversee the planning and execution of facility renovations and construction projects.

● Verifying the identity and registration of each candidate before the test using their ID cards and confirmation emails.● Explaining the test procedures and rules to the candidates and answering any questions they may have about the test format, duration, scoring, and feedback.● Providing the necessary tools and materials for the test, such as headphones, calculators, scratch paper, etc., and ensuring that they are in good working condition.● Monitoring the candidates during the test and reporting any irregularities or technical issues to the test center manager and the test provider.● Collecting and scanning the test materials and paperwork after the test and uploading them to the test provider’s system.● Performing computer hardware and software updates as needed and communicating with the help desk as required to troubleshoot any problems or errors.I demonstrated the following skills and abilities in this role:● Graphic design: I created and maintained the test center’s social media flyers, using graphics and images to showcase the test center’s facilities, services, and achievements.● Proctoring: I ensured the integrity and security of the test process, following the test provider’s guidelines and policies, and maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards the candidates and the staff.● IT operations: I managed the test center’s IT infrastructure, including the computers, network, printers, scanners, cameras, etc., and performed regular maintenance and updates to prevent any disruptions or malfunctions.● Microsoft Office: I used Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, etc, to prepare and organize the test materials, reports, schedules, and correspondence.
