I led the transition and transformation towards a Managed Print Services (MDS) environment, implementing advanced solutions such as AAA tools (Equitrac) and monitoring systems from industry-leading manufacturers (Xerox, Ricoh, Epson), while also introducing a Pay per Page system.My responsibilities included comprehensive management of vendors, licensing, procurement, and the development of proposals for new projects and tenders, creating RFPs that ensured competitiveness and strategic alignment. I supervised a multidisciplinary team of 8 professionals, including system administrators and field technicians, ensuring both operational excellence and financial control of the project. I reported directly to the project director through detailed reports (weekly, monthly, and annual dashboards), designing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of objectives, all in strict adherence to ITIL methodology throughout each phase of the project.
