As a Project Manager, I was responsible for the printing area in the CTTI (Generalitat de Catalunya) LT2B technological renewal project, which encompassed the departments of Presidency, Governance and Institutional Relations, Business and Employment, Economy, Social Welfare and Family, as well as the Department of Health (including Hospital Vall d'Hebron, Hospital Bellvitge, and Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol, among others). In this role, I managed a critical infrastructure supporting approximately 60,000 users, with 3,000 multifunction devices (MFPs) and 20,000 printers. I led the transition and transformation towards a Managed Print Services (MDS) environment, implementing advanced solutions such as AAA tools (Equitrac) and monitoring systems from industry-leading manufacturers (Xerox, Ricoh, Epson), while also introducing a Pay per Page system.My responsibilities included comprehensive management of vendors, licensing, procurement, and the development of proposals for new projects and tenders, creating RFPs that ensured competitiveness and strategic alignment. I supervised a multidisciplinary team of 8 professionals, including system administrators and field technicians, ensuring both operational excellence and financial control of the project. I reported directly to the project director through detailed reports (weekly, monthly, and annual dashboards), designing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of objectives, all in strict adherence to ITIL methodology throughout each phase of the project.

I led the management of Level 2 Document Management Software projects, working closely with clients to offer the most suitable software and hardware solutions for their businesses. I oversaw the comprehensive management of projects, both technically and financially, ensuring the achievement of quality and profitability objectives. I conducted product demonstrations for potential clients, spearheaded solution implementation within companies, and provided specialized training on the deployed products.Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring efficient after-sales support, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing new orders. I managed projects using the JIRA software, which I customized and optimized by creating specific workflows. I managed internal improvement projects for Lidl Spain, collaborating with external vendors and analyzing the IT market to identify optimization opportunities in infrastructure, covering hardware, software, and outsourcing services. Key vendors I worked with include Dell, HP, NetApp, Cisco, Fujitsu Siemens, APC, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Ingram Micro, Indra, and Accenture. In addition to leading project management and implementation, I was responsible for the administration of the Data Center (CPD) with 150 servers and its branches across Spain.I also oversaw Level 2 and 3 Helpdesk services, ensuring 24x7 support to maintain operational continuity. I held regular meetings with LIDL Europe to coordinate and plan project implementation at the national level, aligning local initiatives with the company's global strategies.

I managed IT projects, leading meetings and demos with both current and potential clients, and creating IT proposals covering infrastructure and software, both externally with vendors and internally through ABB’s international procurement divisions. I was responsible for the configuration, administration, and programming of a wide range of IT equipment (800xA Industrial IT), working with platforms such as Windows Server 2003, 2008, XP (Active Directory, permissions), Unix, VMware, backups, and SAP.Additionally, I oversaw the setup and configuration of server racks, including Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant servers, workstations, switches, routers, extenders, and KVM systems.Notable projects I managed include those for clients such as Acerinox, Arcelor Mittal, Saica Natur, Celsa, Smurfit Kappa, and Repsol.
