Having joined Bright Design Architects in 2014, I have had the opportunity of being part of a corporation that has not to stop growing up during these years. It has been an honour to be one of the first employees within the Company and be able to collaborate with that growth as well as assisting now with the training offered to new members that recently have joined our team.Responsibilities- Initial feasibility studies for sites, home extensions, new dwellings- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications- Liaising with construction professionals about on-site projects and budget negotiation- Assisting the CEO in organizing, planning and implementing projects - Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists- Passivhaus projects. Thermal bridge free design & levels of insulation- Collecting and analyzing data from different clients and drive insights that can lead to optimizing results and designs- Applying for planning permission and writing reports and applications- Specifying the requirements / details / specifications / data for the project- Continuous improvement of ideas and designs according to the clients' guidance- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction- Playing a part in projects and team management- Traveling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings

Responsabilities- Inspect, test, and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure they follow safety standards and government regulations - Evaluate programs on workplace safety and health- Work with occupational health and safety specialists to fix hazardous and potentially hazardous conditions or equipment- Educate employers and workers about workplace safety- Demonstrate the correct use of safety equipment- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify what caused them and how they might be prevented in the future
