David established Intrapac over 35 years ago and has, in that time, built up a reputation as one of Australia’s most successful developers. He continues to take a hands-on approach in guiding the growth of Intrapac, while always remaining true to its fundamental values.As well as holding directorships in a number of public and private companies, he also sits on the boards of several charitable and non-profit organisations such as the Skin and Cancer Foundation. A past President of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Victoria division, David is not averse to considering projects with innate and unique challenges.Having previously practised law and held a number of academic appointments at Melbourne and Monash Universities in both law and economics, David also specialised as a consultant in taxation and trust law to several of Australia’s leading companies. In June 2022, David’s significant service to business and to the community were officially recognised with an Order of Australia in the Queens Birthday Honour List.
