CurrentLead & motivate a valued team in delivering on the strategy and values set out for the business. Implement and set out the strategy for growth in conjunction with the Business Development team. Set out clear goals for each of the business areas including, Compounding, Filling, Warehousing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, NPD, EHS, Engineering, Facilities, Finance & HR.Implement change management programs across the 60+ staff team to promote continuous improvement and a LEAN working environment.Promote a culture and implement a system ensuring the highest quality products are being produced delivered to our customers. This includes ensuring the Business maintains its ISO22716 standard and operates within all other external H&S,HR & Ethical external audits.Work with Operations to achieve and deliver on OTIF % > 85%, and that all other key operational measurements are being met.
