I used to think the most extraordinary place in the world was the opera stage. Then I noticed how you could access incredible creativity in corporate experience and events. As time has passed, I have come to realise that the extraordinary is accessible anywhere. In the dullest meetings. On Zoom. In every city street. My website will tell you I am an innovator who works in business, the arts and social change. Currently there are three areas of my work which clients seem to appreciate most. Experience Engineering is how I describe designing and leading high stakes, high-impact meetings across the world. This has never been more important, particularly with so many people needing to connect meaningfully online. Story for Leaders is about helping harness the power of narrative - for good. And finally, there’s Ensemble the ability for teams to create, self-organise and perform effectively together - even at a distance. Think inspiration not isolation. Oh, and finally (I know I said three, but these are unusual times, right?) - at a time when everyone is asking “what’s next?” it’s proving very useful to develop new abilities to navigate complexity.
