Managed a wholly owned subsidiary of CG Power, a global company specializing in engineering and construction of high voltage electrical substations.• Directly manage and have P&L responsibility ($50 - $100 million) for approximately 150 person operation in 6 offices throughout the USA.• Responsible for business development and execution of work for both Engineering Services and EPC Projects. • Restructured organization including proposal, project management, and engineering teams to increase profitability.• Developed and implemented best practices processes to increase profitability and reduce risk to the company.

Responsible for large capital projects and electrical capacity development for the company’s generating portfolio (over 2,300 MW).Completed technical due diligence of potential power project acquisitions and support of financial due diligence and proforma projections. Developed responses to RFPs for various projects including facility Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and renewable project opportunities.

Managed several power generating facilities as the Asset Manager reporting directly to the facility owners. Responsibilities included; engineering and construction management, materials and services procurement, O&M management, fuel scheduling and purchasing, permit compliance, and budget development and reporting. Also managed development of new thermal and renewable energy projects.

Managed professional and plant operating staffs (50+).Responsible for project development, technical support, and construction management of the company's cogeneration projects.Major Projects• 225 MW Simple Cycle Facility - Managed development and construction.• 286 MW Combined Cycle Facility- Managed development and construction.• 34 MW Wind Turbine Facility- Responsible for construction and operation of Big Spring Wind Facility in West Texas. Negotiated all contractor and supply work.• 6.6 MW Wind Turbine Facility - Responsible for construction and operation of West Texas I Wind Facility in West Texas. Negotiated all contractor and supply work. • 38 MW Combined Cycle Facility – Managed completion and start up of the Warbasse Houses Cogeneration Facility in Brooklyn New York. Negotiated all contractor and supply work.

Managed 6 MW reciprocating engine cogeneration facility providing electricity, domestic hot water, heat and air conditioning to a 1,000 unit cooperative housing development and 65,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
