I advised large French companies on their domestic defined benefit plans and also assisted French multinational corporations in monitoring and controlling their worldwide pension plans. In addition, I advise French subsidiaries of overseas parents on their local plans helping them to communicate with their parent company. Finally I helped establish a number of offshore expatriate pension plans including one of the first Luxembourg-based vehicles.

I advised large Spanish companies on setting up newly-introduced "Planes de Pension" and advised on their exisiting defined benefit liabilities. In addition I advised Spanish subsidiaries of overseas parents and also helped establish third-country-national plans offshore. I also assisted a number of Spanish multinationals in the implementation of insurance pooling vehicles.
