At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to living out my faith in Jesus Christ and sharing His love with those in need. This faith-driven purpose has guided my efforts to provide strategic oversight, build strong partnerships with governments, UN agencies, and other key stakeholders, and deliver impactful programs in some of the world’s most challenging environments.I have a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, overseeing budgets exceeding $100 million USD, and leading teams of over 1,200 staff across multiple countries. From spearheading emergency relief efforts in post-disaster settings like Haiti and South Sudan to navigating ongoing conflict zones such as Sudan and Ukraine, I thrive in high-pressure environments where effective leadership and collaboration are crucial.My passion for humanitarian work is grounded in my faith and my early experiences as the founder of a grass roots organization implementing WASH projects in Ethiopia, as well as my leadership roles with Overland Missions in Southern Africa and Latin America. I remain committed to developing and implementing innovative solutions to global challenges, always with a focus on bringing relief and true hope to those most in need.
