David is a recent First-Class Computing Science (Hons) alumni. He is seeking for a position that offers a high level of responsibility where he is exposed to new and challenging experiences within the tech industry. Highly driven and a fast leaner, David has developed a keen passion for UX/UI design, full-stack software development and educational technologies during his professional and tertiary experience.His first position at Uniqlo Australia was an incredibly fulfilling and humbling learning experience that has developed his communication skills and provided him an opportunity to connect with customers. Uniqlo taught him the importance of setting higher standards for himself as well as introducing habits which made him a tidy and organised person.Whilst working at UNSW, he discovered his passion for UI design, having been tasked with designing a high-fidelity prototype for the purposes of redesigning the university's Educational Technology Support website. Additionally, he then developed over 100 informational pages of documentation which became essential training guides for academics to learn and use Moodle and Inspera. During this time he learnt brand consistency and familiarised himself with the corporate and tertiary education work environment. Furthermore, he eventually ended up providing level 1 support to academics, professional staff and students on e-Learning services and other IT tools which resulted in over 250 self-resolved tickets and numerous highlights of positive feedback.As a recent first-class honours graduate from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a Bachelor of Computing Science (Honours), David is confident in his ability to contribute effectively to any team and project. His time at university provided him with many opportunities where he actively took on leadership positions on the vast majority of him projects. He utilised and strengthened his understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly that of SCRUM, during these projects. These led to the success of many software development and interaction design projects involving a mixture of industry client, building on existing and new applications.In high school, as Vice captain, he had actively participated in or directly lead events including the BBHS Homeless Aid Initiative, 2019 Campsie RSL ANZAC Day Memorial, various R U OK Day Charity events and numerous other fundraising/P&C projects. Information Processing Technology was his passion elective, leading him to pursue a career in the tech industry.
