Sales Executive
- Daily activity of phone prospecting and emails
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions
- Use Reynolds and Reynolds (CRM) to effectively prepare for customer appointments
- Lead customers through the Automotive Sales Process - Greeting, Fact-Finding, Vehicle Presentation, Test Drive, Offer and Agreement and Delivery
- Desk deals with customers to go over financing and leasing options
- Present service and warranty options with customers during desking process
