I started at AMI over 20 years ago with no experience. My goal was to learn as much as I could about every section I was assigned to and put 100% effort into it. By year 7 I made Night Supervisor and Computer Operator. I am not only responsible for Supervising my employees but also billing, credits and all end of day computer operations. I am a hands-on supervisor in that I am on the floor helping pull orders in addition to my other job responsibilities. I moved on to Multiquip in February 2021 to take the Distribution Supervisor role. I am in charge of both units outbound and receiving department. My job responsibilities include timely and accurate pulling and shipping of outbound trucks. Also, all inbound shipments to be damage free and accurate put away. It was also my responsibility to maintain all inventory cycle counts for the year to meet our A,B,C indicators for the year. I oversee a crew of at least 7-10 employees plus help oversee other departments when needed.
