Windows System Administrator in the base Communications Squadron managing base-level enterprise network operations and maintenance. This consists of leading and managing over 90 military and civilian employees at 5 remote locations performing Level I, II and III customer support on Command and Control (C2) enterprise and real-time data collection systems. Specific responsibilities and accomplishment include: Directed operations and maintenance of over 60 distinct networks delivering cyber resources to Joint users across the United States. Oversaw the development of Re-Certification and Accreditation of the classified and unclassified networks and ensured the resolution of CAT I vulnerabilities affecting the accreditation were successfully accomplished. Oversaw base-level Windows 7 and Windows 10 upgrade projects migrating over 2500 computer systems to a more secure operating system. Directed and developed maintenance plans for primary network consisting of a Storage Area Network, domain controllers, DNS servers, DHCP servers, virtual hosts and clusters, print servers and virtual client systems. Attend and brief a weekly status update to higher command headquarters’ Colonel on DAF’s security and threat posture. Developed and executed 1 million dollar maintenance budget and 200 million dollars in unique cyber assets providing C2 support to multi-national and Department of Defense assets. Responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of software and hard drive images for 5 distinct standard desktop configurations.

 Supervised and managed a 12 person work center providing situational awareness on 83 network systems to the ACC Commander and Staff Directors. Coordinated the update and redesign of a SharePoint site enabling it to be used by both the command and customer for outage tracking, master station log, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert compliance tracking.  Directed Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance network fault restoral. Coordinated equipment repair with remote base restoring Unmanned Aerial Vehicle feed to Air Operations Centers. Facilitated 24/7 event management tracking of over 2500 Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence outages across ACC.  Authored master training plans, operational instructions and institutional checklists to streamline MCCC operations across the Air Force.
