- Led 7-mbr Network Operations team; administered 3 networks, 152 servers, 9000 user accounts and 364 terabytes of data--maintained 99.9% Command, Control, Communications, and Computers uptime to 4000 warfighters- Modified 44 eTools system access policy; linked flight crew and maintainers with digital Technical Orders--assured critical aircraft maintenance.

• Designed and created TDC Standard Desktop Image reducing workstation configuration time by 50%.
