I love creating and facilitating those “aha moments” that help change minds and open people up to new possibilities. My enthusiasm is all about helping people, teams and companies figure out where they are, where they want to be, and then help them get there. That is what I do best. I help employees improve their performance and participate in organizational change programs. I help develop new skills in employees, maximizing employee retention, managing the learning function, and measuring the results of training programs. I develop and enhance an organizations’ staff and stakeholder development programs, evaluate existing training programs, align those programs with business objectives, and facilitate learning opportunities for various audiences. I create course materials and teaching aids. I provide high quality, strive for excellence and am always looking to help my community thrive. I have a solid background with over 20 years in customer service, operations management, and training.
