I am a curious and accomplished sociologist, researcher, and educator with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (social science, health care, and quality improvement), teaching and course development, strategy, team leadership, and continuous improvement. I am driven to help mission-driven organizations use data to reach their goals, and I thrive in collaborative, collegial environments where passion and innovation are appreciated. I enjoy new analytical challenges and have experience with a wide variety of data. I am especially skilled at communicating the results of analytics projects and designing innovative, elegant solutions for research problems. Outside of work, I am a drummer/composer and I enjoy cycling, reading, and doting on two beautiful Australian Shepherd rescues.
