Being the part of the core account sales team and responsible for driving sales, deployment, and successful utilization of the Microsoft platform.I work closely with Industry CIO & CTO as a technology advisor. From there I can assist them to adapt integrated solutions, run campaigns, analyze business opportunity to upsell/cross-sell, develop sales plan and commercialization strategy, closing deal and drive consumption. In this role, I also work with Product Specialist, Solution Architect, and Commercial Executive both in Indonesia and Regional Team.For me, being customer-centric entails more than just saying the customer is top of mind. So these are what I do to build a strong relationship with customers:• Understand customer business-relevant IT initiatives, identify sales opportunities, and propose cost-justified Microsoft technology-based strategies, plans and solutions.• Help customer creating IT plan and solution architecture.• Providing technical consultation of Microsoft product and development, while also share best practices from the relevant use cases.• Conduct extensive strategic planning, solution assessment, risk analysis and business justification.

As a CSM, I bring ideas about how customers can use our products better, advocates them in customer enhancement roadmap, keep them informed about what’s coming feature updates or event, help them design the success criteria based on their use case and vision, and stay connected with the key customers to review the progress of the success criteria and issues that are important.I concentrate on customers to establish a good understanding of their needs and challenges, so that I can tailor the solutions to what matters the most for them. As a Higher Education (HED) Technology Specialist, I responsible on creating awareness among lecturers to do the digital transformation through technology to enhance learning experiences in the class. I often traveled across Indonesia to hold workshops and training for lecturers and university students. The workshops and training focused on several topics starting from introducing teachers to digital literacy to utilize collaborative tools and other Microsoft solutions to enhance their learning activities. I have also been invited as a speaker at several campus events, and I feel glad to be able to share and exchange knowledge from many people.I do responsible in assisting and guiding K-12, HED, and also educational field government such as Ministry of Education & Culture Republic of Indonesia and Education Authorities of Republic of Indonesia, to deploy and implement Microsoft technology in their institutions. For that reason, I should have a good technical understanding between the Microsoft solutions and the technology that existed in our customers's system. Thus, I can help customers to design deployment scenarios, integrate their system and Microsoft solutions, troubleshoot some problems that may occurred, and finalize the projects by push and committing the full documentation.
