Engaged to lead a turn-around of the Commvault business in Australia and New Zealand which had delivered flat or negative YoY revenue contributions for 3 consecutive fiscal years and had gone through multiple rounds of leadership changes. Delivered+59% YoY growth after 4 quarters in role. Launch of a Cloud based data protection service. Revenue built from zero to >$1M USD (ACV) booking per quarter after 4 quarters in market and increased to >$2M USD (ACV) booking per quarter after 8 quarters in market.Rebuilt a sales organisation capable of consistent execution - 8 of 9 full quarters leading the business delivered +YoY growth.FY22 and FY23 delivered 2 consecutive years of record bookings.

Formation of a new sales organisation comprising of 4 regional managers, 30 sellers and a business development function (offshore). Go to market focused on the alignment of all customer facing resources around the principles of service adoption and customer success. Priority was to establish a base of subscription customers in the Australian market, develop a framework to accelerate the transition of the on-premise install base to Oracle Cloud and build a sales methodology (and success metrics) focused on Cloud consumption metrics rather than bookings.
