Agile Coach in a team responsible for transforming a branch within a Government Transport Company with Agile and Scaled Agile ways of working.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Running or Co-running all team of team level training events for 2 areas (50 and 100 people) to start their first PI/Increment (12 week period), these were event such as Writing Epics, Definition of Ready, Slicing Epics into Features, Prioritising and estimating Epics and Features, Jira Align tool training, PI Planning event awareness etc. All this enabled them to create an achievable plan (longer than their traditional 2 weeks sprint) and for them to continue this way of working and rely on the long lived information as support into the future.- Coaching the Release Train Engineer x3 on all the events for the scaled agile operating model, including documenting these processes on Confluence. The team was tasked with setting up AWS for the client and navigating the risk, governance, security landscape with APRA.
