Current• Launch Administration Division of Operations, centralizing global real estate, risk management and organizational change initiatives, and advise executive team on business operations for an international NGO that investigates/documents human rights violations and advocates for policies to prevent abuses.• Develop and implement real estate strategy to align physical workspace with the organization’s internal values and ensure appropriate functionality while reducing long-term real estate costs. Annual savings to date approaching $300,000.• Manage global real estate portfolio (31 leased offices in 21 countries), direct new office openings (site selection, lease negotiation and space design/construction) and optimize real estate utilization, saving $100,000+ annually.• Oversee operations of 8 offices in the United States.• Lead high-performing, facilities management team located across 3 offices, and manage $7 million budget.• Oversee global commercial insurance and play key role in development of risk management function; present risk updates to Board of Directors.• Spearhead global Human Resources initiatives, working with cross-functional teams. • Direct security and safety planning in North America, developing emergency plans and designing security processes and systems for all offices.
